A Kiddie Yoga birthday party (or party for any other occasion) will introduce your child and their guests to Yoga through stories, games, partner's poses and group activities. You can choose to add a mindful craft activity, a healthy snack preparation and of course, grown ups are also welcome to join in and relax with their children.

The party can be tailored to your theme and I can provide party bags and birthday invitations.
